This policy is issued by ATSMNP (“ATSMNP”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), the operator of atsmnp.com and the controller of any personal data processed through this site. If you have questions about this policy or how we handle your information, contact us at hello@atsmnp.com.

We intentionally keep data collection to the minimum required to operate this site. Specifically, we process:

• Email address. Provided by you when you subscribe to our mailing list.
• Technical metadata. At the moment you submit the subscribe form we briefly process your IP address and a timestamp for the sole purpose of rate-limiting and preventing abuse. This metadata is not stored long-term alongside your email.
• Aggregated analytics. We use cookieless, privacy-respecting analytics to measure page views and performance. No individual users are identified and no cross-site tracking is performed.

We do not collect payment information, addresses, phone numbers, or any special categories of data on this site.

Under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR we rely on the following lawful bases:

• Consent (Article 6(1)(a)).We send you marketing emails about upcoming drops and brand news only after you actively submit the subscribe form. You may withdraw consent at any time; see “Your rights” below.
• Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)). We rate-limit form submissions and process minimal server logs to keep the site secure and operational. We have assessed that this processing is necessary and is not overridden by your rights.
• Legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)). Where required, we retain limited records to demonstrate compliance with applicable law.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with the following service providers (acting as our processors) strictly to deliver this site and our mailing list:

• Supabase, Inc. — database hosting for the subscriber list.
• Resend, Inc. — transactional and marketing email delivery.
• Upstash, Inc. — rate-limiting and abuse prevention for the subscribe form.
• Vercel Inc. — website hosting, delivery, and cookieless analytics.

Each processor is bound by a data processing agreement and may only use your data on our documented instructions. We may also disclose information where required to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, property, or safety of ATSMNP, our users, or others.

Our processors operate servers in the United States and the European Union. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, and — where applicable — the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. You can request a copy of the relevant safeguards by contacting us.

• Email address: retained while you remain subscribed. When you unsubscribe, your record is deleted from active systems within 30 days, except for a minimal suppression record kept to ensure we do not contact you again.
• Rate-limit metadata: typically discarded within 24 hours.
• Analytics data: retained in aggregated form for up to 12 months.
• Backups: may persist for a short period in secure, access-controlled backups before being overwritten.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

• Access a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Erase your data (the “right to be forgotten”).
• Restrict or object to certain processing.
• Receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time.
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

If you are a California resident, you additionally have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and limit the use of sensitive personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@atsmnp.com. We aim to respond within 30 days and may ask for reasonable verification of your identity before acting on requests.

Every marketing email we send contains a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe immediately by emailing hello@atsmnp.com with the subject line “unsubscribe”. Removal takes effect within 30 days, after which you will receive no further marketing communications from us.

This site does not set marketing or advertising cookies. We use cookieless analytics (Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights) that do not build user profiles or track you across other sites. Strictly necessary cookies may be used for security and to remember your preferences where required; these do not require consent under the ePrivacy Directive.

All traffic to and from this site is encrypted in transit using TLS. Access to the subscriber database is restricted to authenticated server-side processes and a small number of authorised personnel. Service credentials are scoped to the minimum privileges required. No method of electronic transmission or storage is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a personal data breach that presents a risk to you, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority in accordance with applicable law.

This site is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

We do not carry out automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects concerning you.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in how we operate or to meet legal requirements. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version. Where changes are material, we will notify subscribers by email before the new policy takes effect.
